At Anovaz, we take pride in carefully preparing every order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Delivery times may be longer depending on the carrier.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require the customer to pay additional shipping costs for reshipment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for carrier-related issues, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim and resolving the situation whenever possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged product(s)

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

At this time, Anovaz ships only within the United States.
